Property will open for bidding at $325,000.00. Offers ahead of auction day will not be entertained. Inspections prior to start of auction are welcome but property will sell "as is" with no warranties of any kind. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be applied to the final hammer price to determine the final sales price. See the Bidder Terms/Registration form linked below for complete terms and details.
Complete Bidder Terms & Registration
Auction will be held IN PERSON LIVE at property location. Bidders can attend in person or contact us to arrange to phone bid, leave an absentee bid, or bid by proxy. Bidders who wish to attend in person can register the day of the auction. If a bidder wishes to bid by proxy or by phone, etc., arrangements can be made but bidder will need to agree to the terms and conditions by signing the bidder registration form. Agent/Broker Participation
Agent/Broker participation is welcome. Registration form must be completed and submitted no later than the day prior to the auction (prior to 12:01am the day of auction). TIME IS OF THE ESEENCE AND THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. Agent/Broker must meet the terms as stated on the participation form.
