Information for Winning Bidders for March 8th Auctions
Notification: Winning bidders will be notified by email of their won items the evening of the auctions. If you have any questions or issues or need to check on bids contact our office starting on Monday.
Pickup of Items: Item pick up is Monday and Tuesday 10am till 6pm. Items not removed by that time are subject to a weekly storage fee as specified in the auction terms unless arrangements are made with our office. Please contact us for special arrangements or if you need to have items delivered or shipped. You can reach us by email at info@bluegrassauction.com or call our office at 859.389.8650. Our gallery is located at 1163 Floyd Drive, Lexington Ky 40505.

Friday: 10am till 5pm - Large Item Loading service BY ARRANGEMENT ONLY
Shipping and Delivery: We are now offering FLAT RATE delivery on large item purchases (furniture, appliances etc.). We offer shipping on smaller items either through our office or through our preferred third party vendors. Shipping and delivery are arranged directly with the buyer, please contact our office for details and arrangements.
Payment: Payment can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We do not accept Amex. All purchases are to be paid in full by 6pm of the Tuesday following the sale unless arrangements are made. In the event of non-payment Auctioneer is entitled to take action as described by the published terms. If you cannot pay in person by 6pm Tuesday you will need to contact us to pay by credit/debit card.
Vehicles: If you purchased a titled vehicle etc., you will need to contact our office, arrange payment and transfer. We are not able to give over keys to titled items until transfer is complete.

Information about Floyd Drive Construction!
Starting Monday February 9th signage show Floyd drive "Closed". It will be closed at Floyd Drive and New Circle Road, but will have full access from the Loudon Ave.

We have been assured we will have access to our facility during this sewer construction, but you will need to access Floyd drive from Loudon Ave. We have created a direction
map for those who may normally access our gallery from North or South New Circle or Winchester road.

We are honored to offer the living estate of Ms. Bentley, who is
descendent of Daniel Boone Bryan III and the historic Bryan Family of Virginia and Kentucky.
This event will feature numerous items descended from the Bryan family and
Daniel Boone Bryan's estate home, Fairview, of Jessamine County.
This is an extensive estate which will be offered over two separate weekends and
feature stunning jewelry, fine antiques, fine art, collectibles, firearms and numerous
historic items from the Bryan family.
c. 1799 William Bryan helped colonize Kentucky with Daniel Boone, his brother in law through Mary Bryan Boone. Daniel Boone Bryan, one of their 10 children, begat William Turner Bryan whose son, Daniel Boone Bryan III, purchased Fairview, from which we offer this living estate. Another of Daniel Boone Bryan's sons built the well known historic home Waveland, which is maintained as an historic public site.
